Programs designed for exploration, expression, and growth.
Our programs offer spaces to explore movement as a creative practice — supporting confidence, connection, and expression through guided participation. While many community members also perform in showcases and productions, programs are designed to focus on the process: exploring movement, building skills, and creating together in a supportive environment.
Programs serve as a foundation for creative growth, whether participants choose to perform or simply engage for the experience itself.
Programs are currently open for registration through our external registration platform.
Beginner Programs
Introducing young participants to movement through play, imagination, and creative exploration. These experiences are designed to support confidence, coordination, and self-expression in a joyful, low-pressure environment.
Classes focus on curiosity and collaboration, offering space to explore creativity while building a strong foundation for movement and expression. Opportunities to participate in community showcases may be available, but performance is never required.
Intermediate Programs
Offering a space to explore movement with greater depth, intention, and collaboration. Designed for self-expression and creative growth, these experiences encourage participants to build confidence, explore identity through movement, and connect with peers in a supportive environment.
Students may choose to participate in community showcases or productions, but programs are designed to stand on their own, with mentorship guiding the process rather than performance outcomes.
Adult Programs
Exploring movement as a form of creative expression and connection. Guided by mentorship and open to all experience levels, these experiences focus on exploration, collaboration, and personal growth.
While opportunities to participate in community performances may be available, adult programs are designed to stand on their own — welcoming those who wish to engage without the expectation of performing.
